Dr. Ray Hansink

Dr. Hansink has worked in the field of mental/behavioral health
in various capacities since 1978. His vast experience spans both
public and private sectors, mental health and chemical dependency
treatment, inpatient and outpatient settings. He has worked with
adults, adolescents, younger children and their families in a multitude
of different modalities.
For the past six years Dr. Hansink works in his own private practice
in the Mission Viejo area. He offers traditional individual, group,
family oriented psychodynamic therapy for individuals struggling
with mental, emotional, relational problems including but not limited
to anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, Post-traumatic stress disorder,
marital problems and more.
More recently Dr. Hansink has incorporated a new and very powerful
treatment modality into his practice both as a primary mode of
treatment and as an adjunct to the more traditional therapies.
Neurofeedback therapy has wide applicability in the treatment of
ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety and other conditions of emotional
dysregulation. Neurofeedback has also been used extensively in
the area of peak performance with great success.

Dr. Pat Mann
Dr. Mann earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Arizona State University. Over the following years, she served in various positions in procurement and design in several areas of manufacturing related to textiles. After deciding to change careers, she earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. She has served as a therapist for Turning Point Center for Families in Santa Ana, counseling adults, children, families and groups including teen mothers, and boys released from Juvenile Hall and placed on probation. Her experience also includes facilitating court-ordered Batterer's Treatment groups for individuals convicted of domestic violence. She has provided psychological assessments for the Orange County Youth and Family Resource Center in Anaheim, which serves youth who are repeat offenders. Assessments and treatment often required visiting incarcerated youth at Juvenile Hall. Dr. Mann has also served as a therapist and provided psychological assessments at Western Youth Services in Anaheim and in San Juan Capistrano. The populations that were served include diverse ethnicities of children, adolescents, adults and families in individual and family therapy. Patients were seen as a result of experiencing trauma, abuse, abandonment, or school difficulties. Common diagnoses ranged from anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder, and attachment disorders to psychotic disorders.
Dr. Mann’s doctoral dissertation concerned the process by which children develop early maladaptive beliefs and coping strategies in response to impaired parenting.
Sahar Asadinik
Sahar Asadinik has earned a Master’s Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and is currently completing her doctoral degree in psychology. Ms. Asadinik has trained in various mental health clinics in the Orange County area treating adults, children and families. More recently, she completed an internship at Western Youth Services specializing in child and adolescent psychology. Ms. Asadinik has over 6 years of experience working in the field of mental health and neurofeedback. Before working with Dr. Hansink, Ms. Asadinik worked as a neurofeedback technician, clinical case manager, and director of training at the Drake Institute of Behavioral Medicine. Ms. Asadinik’s unique experience in the field of neurofeedback and psychotherapy has given her the opportunity to see individuals and families make lasting improvements as a result of the powerful combination of using both treatment modalities.
